Hi, I found my way to creoline through a friend and coworker named Leo. Leo was not only a colleague from vocational school, but also my roommate in a shared flat in Berlin.
When I was looking for a new job and unhappy with my previous employer, Leo told me about creoline and encouraged me to apply there.
Because of my training as an IT specialist for application development, I saw creoline as the perfect opportunity to develop my knowledge and skills while working in a dynamic and innovative company.

I have to be honest, I really like the fact that I can work from anywhere in the world as long as I have access to the Internet.
Also, I can't complain about the salary. Even during rising inflation, I feel secure, which means a lot to me personally.
The team, the informal working atmosphere and the flat hierarchies are just other reasons why creoline appeals to me as an employer.
And of course there are extraordinary team-building measures that you absolutely have to experience for yourself.
Privately, my biggest wish is to buy a house in the country. I currently live in Berlin and would love to live in the countryside with a huge garden.
Professionally, I'm actually perfectly happy - I want everything to stay the way it is.
