Before performing a Shopware update, you can create a full server snapshot via our customer center. If you encounter any issues during the update, you can restore the previous state within seconds.

Yes, Shopware 6 is open source and can be used completely free of charge. In addition to the free version, Shopware also offers paid plans (Rise, Evolve, and Beyond) that provide additional features.

With our free migration service, we’ll migrate your existing Shopware instance, including all associated data such as email inboxes, SSL certificates, and cronjobs, to your new creoline server at no cost.

If you choose a managed server, we take care of additional tasks such as automatic updates for all server services, as well as the installation and configuration of additional services.
With the unmanaged option, you receive full SSH root access and can manage the server yourself. Please note that our support for installation and configuration is limited in this case.

In the default configuration, we perform daily full backups for all plans. These can be restored within :count days. Individual files and folders can also be downloaded from backups for separate restoration.
