Where are the physical servers located?

Our GitLab hosting is operated exclusively in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. You can sign an additional data processing agreement free of charge at any time through our customer center.

What backup options are available?

In the standard configuration, we perform daily full backups across all plans. These can be restored within 7 days. Additionally, individual files and folders can be downloaded from the backup for separate restoration.
